This music comes from an orchestral piece of mine called 'Without The Support Of The External Senses'. I always wanted to take this melodic content and develop it for a more chamber situation such as a duo. It was fun reducing the many voices, counterpoint and large harmonies that were part of this orchestral music to two timbers that are not usually heard together.
